RRB NTPC Exam Pattern 2026: RRB NTPC Selection Process, The recruitment process shall involve 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), Typing Skill Test/Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable) and Document Verification/Medical Examination. EXAM PATTERN
Recruitment Process and Exam Pattern:
The recruitment process is of three tiers. First a Computer based test (CBT) will be taken followed by Physical Efficiency test (PET), then Document Verification in the last.
Computer Based Test (CBT):
Total Duration: 90 minutes
Total number of Questions: 100
Negative Marking:
There shall be negative marking for incorrect answers which means marks equivalent to the 1/3rd of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
Minimum percentage of marks for eligibility in various categories:
These percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 2% for PWD candidates in case of shortage of PWD candidates against vacancies reserved for them.

The minimum age of the candidates must be 18 years and the maximum age limit is 33 years as of 1st January 2025, to be eligible for the upcoming RRB NTPC 2025 Exam.
