ABOUT EXAM

IBPS has released IBPS SO 2018 Official Notification. IBPS SO 2018 is going to be conducted on 29th and 30th December 2018 (preliminary Exam) and on 27th January 2019 (Mains Exam) by IBPS or the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection to select eligible candidates for various posts like:

• Agriculture Field Officer
• Marketing Officer (Scale I)
• HR/Personnel Officer
• IT Officer Scale I
• Law Officer
• RajbhashaAdhikari Scale I

The latest notification released by IBPS states that IBPS SO HR 2018 will be conducted through a three phase (Prelims, Mains & Interview) selection process. Candidates who qualify both the rounds will be further considered for the final interview process. IBPS SO HR 2018 Notification IBPS SO HR 2018 Notification has been released by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Committee. The IBPS SO HR recruitment 2018 is for selecting candidates for the post of Specialist Officers in Human Resource. Candidates selected through IBPS SO HR 2018 exam can be posted anywhere in India.  

This year IBPS has introduced 1590+ vacancies for various posts of Specialist Officers. Only a handful of vacancies are available for this post as the post of SO involves really skilled and specialized officers excelling in their respective domain. EXAM PATTERN

IBPS SO HR 2018-19 Notification has been released by IBPS. The preliminary exam of IBPS SO HR 2018 is scheduled on 29th and 30th December 2018 and IBPS SO HR Mains Exam 2018 is scheduled on 27th January 2019. To ace IBPS SO HR 2018 Exam, it is necessary to be acquainted with the Exam Pattern and detailed Syllabus. This will help candidates in judicious preparation for the upcoming IBPS SO HR 2018 Exam. Let’s have a look at the IBPS SO HR 2018 Exam Pattern and Syllabus one by one.
 
IBPS SO HR 2018 Exam will be conducted in the following three phases: Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam and Interview Process. It is mandatory for every applicant to clear all level of examination to get selected to the post of Human Resource Specialist Officer in multiple Public Sector Banks participating in IBPS SO HR 2018. New changes in IBPS SO HR 2018-19 Exam are stated below:

• The exam will be conducted in three phases: Preliminary, Mains and Interview Process.
• IBPS has introduced separate sectional timing for each sections in prelims exam. The IBPS SO HR preliminary examination has a total duration of 120 minutes and 40 minutes for each sections.
• A candidate must appear for the Prelims first and the selected students after the Preliminary Exam will be eligible to give the Mains Exam.
• Score of Preliminary Exam will not be taken into consideration for final allotment. Final selection will be based on on the Mains Exam and Interview Process.
• The Mains Examination will contain questions only from the Professional Knowledge Subjects.

There is negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
