Job Description::

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator & PDF Maker to join our team at the Smartkeeda office in Agra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems and creating and managing PDF documents. This role requires a high level of precision, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

Inputting and updating data accurately into the company's databases and systems. Verifying data for accuracy and completeness. Organizing and maintaining records of information.

PDF Creation and Management:

Creating PDF documents from various sources, ensuring accuracy and formatting consistency. Editing and modifying existing PDF files as needed. Managing and organizing PDF files for easy retrieval.

Quality Control:

Conducting regular quality checks on data entered and PDF documents created. Identifying and correcting errors to maintain data integrity.

Collaboration:

Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless data flow and document management.
Communicating effectively with team leads and managers to understand project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in creating and managing PDF documents.
• Experience in creating and managing PDF documents.
• Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of educational technology or competitive exams is a plus.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Previous experience in data entry or a related role is preferred.
