The candidates who have successfully filled the online application form for SBI Junior Associate will have to visit the official website of SBI to download the preliminary admit card for SBI Clerk 2021. Only those students who possess a valid admit card released by the bank will be allowed to appear in the examination. It is therefore very crucial that candidates follow the steps mentioned in the space below to download the same. • The candidates have to go to the career page of SBI

• Post this, the candidates will be redirected to the official website wherein they have to click on the Career page link.

• Then the candidates will have to click on the “ RECRUITMENT OF JUNIOR ASSOCIATES 2021” tab and click on the SBI Clerk Call Letters Link.

• Post this, the candidates will be required to provide their Registration Number and Password in the form of Date of Birth followed by the captcha code.

Important Instructions for the SBI Clerk 2021 Preliminary Exam


The instructions for the SBI Clerk 2021 Preliminary Exam are as follows:-

• The candidates must wear a mask, preferably an N95 mask to protect them from the infection.

• The candidates are also required to bring their own transparent water bottle and avoid sharing the same

• The candidates must have a hand sanitizer along with them preferably of 50ml size

• A simple pen and a stamp pad

• The candidates are also asked to download the Arogya Setu App on their phones and maintain social distance in the exam hall.

• Photocopy of SBI Clerk Preliminary Admit Card and valid id proof along with their original id

From 2021 onwards, SBI has introduced two major changes for conducting the SBI Clerk Preliminary Examination. The candidates should check both the rules and follow the same as defying any of them will lead to the cancellation of their candidature.

1. Admit cards will not be collected at the center, it will be stamped and verified and then will be returned to the candidates. The candidates will have to keep it safe, in case the candidate qualifies for the exam they will be required to bring it in the main examinations.

2. The candidates will have to bring two photographs of the same that they have provided during the registration. The candidates will not be allowed to take the exam if they go with 1 photograph

SBI Clerk Preliminary Exam Pattern


• The preliminary examination is the first stage of the selection process for the candidates opting for the post of Junior Associate in SBI. The exam is conducted in a Computer Based Test which is qualifying in nature.

• As per the official notification, English Language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude are the subjects for the preliminary examinations.

• A total of 100 questions are asked with 100 marks

• As per the marking scheme, the candidates will be awarded 1 mark for every correct answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
