SBI Clerk Preliminary Exam Pattern
As per the official notification released by the bank, the SBI Clerk Preliminary exam was expected to be conducted in June 2021. However, the same has been deferred by the bank amid the rise in the cases of Covid-19. The bank is expected to release the dates of the exam dates soon. Till then the candidates can check out the exam pattern of the preliminary examination as mentioned below:
• The Preliminary examination is the first stage of the selection process and is qualifying in nature. It is conducted in Computer Based Test mode.
• As per the official notification, the preliminary exam of the SBI Clerk, there will be three subjects in the examination namely i.e. English language, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative aptitude
• There will be a total of 100 questions accounting for 100 marks and the number of questions will be different for each subject.
• As per the marking scheme, 1 mark will be provided to every correct answer while there will be a deduction of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer marked by the candidate.

SBI Clerk Preliminary Exam Analysis
The candidates who have appeared for the examination of SBI Clerk on 10th July have listed that the examination was of easy-moderate level. Reasoning Ability accounts for a total of 35 questions in the preliminary examination. The questions were based on Syllogism, Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, blood relations etc. The questions were not very lengthy and can be easily attempted depending on the speed of the candidate.
