The Railway Recruitment Board will conduct the RRB NTPC 2021 7th phase in the last week of July 2021. The candidates who have not appeared for the examination previously will be allowed to attempt the same in the coming days. The examination will be held for the candidates who cannot attempt the RRB Phase 1 exam citing the pandemic can attempt the same on 23rd, 24th, 26th and 31st July 2021. RRB NTPC Previous Exam Analysis
As per the official notification, the selection process of the RRB NTPC will be held in two phases i.e. RRB NTPC Phase 1 and RRB NTPC Phase 2 exam. Along with this, the candidates will also be required to appear for the skill test and document verification round for final appointment under the Railway. The RRB NTPC Phase 1 exam has commenced; the candidates can check out the exam pattern along with the exam analysis in the space below:
RRB NTPC Exam Pattern
• The RRB NTPC Phase 1 is the first stage of the selection process and is qualifying in nature. It is held in the online Computer Based Test mode.
• The questions in the exam will be based on three subjects in the examination namely i.e. General Awareness, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative aptitude
• There will be a total of 120 questions accounting for 120 marks and the number of questions will be different for each subject.
• As per the marking scheme, 1 mark will be provided to every correct answer while there will be a deduction of 0.33 marks for each wrong answer marked by the candidate.
• Minimum percentage of marks for eligibility in various categories: UR-40%, EWS 40%, OBC (Non-creamy layer) -30%, Scheduled Caste-30%, Scheduled Tribe -25%.
